I wonder if you should try to get a second opinion from a doctor that specializes in Chiari and works with it a lot? I don't know how far Milwaukee is from you but my doctor is really good. He specializes in Chiari and is very compassionate. I get the feeling that ns aren't always so great at followup care after surgery but I would think that after your visit your doctor would be trying to ease your symptoms. I am concerned about you! Don't give up--there is a doctor that can help you.
