I heard back from the Institute of Chiari and they told me I do have slump and do need surgery. We are waiting to hear back from them about consultation appointments, so we will see.
I am home again from the hospital but have been thinking about you. I hope you have been able to get some sleep finally. I am hoping that you will be able to see the doctor soon as well. I know this has been so hard for you and your frustration is very understandable. Remember, though, that your mom is trying very hard to do the very best for you that she can. We moms try to make the very best decisions for our kids that we can and sometimes we do well and sometimes we don't--but we really try hard. It sounds like she is working hard to get you in to a good doctor to take care of you and I am so thankful for that! I continue to pray for you! Cindy
