Hi Sarah,
I am sorry to hear that you are doing worse! Headaches are really horrible. Y0u have probably heard all these things before but have you tried ice packs on the back of your head, neck and upper back? Sometimes that will relieve things a bit. Try to relax as much as you can and sleep a lot if you can. Hopefully this will pass quickly! You have been on my mind a lot and I have prayed for you many times. I hope that gives you comfort! :)
